Nagy Director of Balcony Bells: Christine Vlugt Director of Children’s Choir: Rickey Cox ----------------------------------------------------------------- Our Church Leaders: Church President: Pamella Clarkson A native of Jamaica, Pamella is retired from the Information Technology industry.  She previously chaired the Stewardship Committee. Church Vice-President: Jeffery Powell From Buffalo, Jeff is a Certified Financial Planner with Reliance Wealth Management Co. He also chairs our Stewardship Committee. Church Secretary: Rhea Taie-Tehrani Rhea is a medical administrator with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.  She is active in many community service organizations and also chairs our Missions Committee. Church Treasurer: William Generette Bill is retired from the Florida Department of Revenue. At Large Trustee: Michael Sastre Mike is partner in the downtown law firm of Kaplan Zeena, specializing in corporate law. He serves as the Church’s corporate counsel, as well. At Large Trustee: Dennis Fruitt A recent past-president, Dennis is Deputy Director of Miami’s Vizcaya Museum.  He was formerly on the staff of the Washington Cathedral in Washington, D.C. At Large Trustee: Dolores Suhkedo From Rhode Island, Dolores is Chief Operating Officer  at WPBT, Channel 2, one of our local public broadcasting stations. At Large Trustee: Suzanne DeWilde Retired to Miami from Massachusetts, Suzanne has a background in journalism and adult Christian education. At Large Trustee: Sergio Medina Sergio is a law partner with Seipp & Flick, specializing in civil product liability defense. At Large Trustee: Dr. Tom Merrill From Iowa, and a past-president,Tom is a practicing podiatrist and teaches surgery at Barry University. At Large Trustee: Karen Jensen From Texas, Karen is works for IMER Medical Education and Research. At Large Trustee: Don Sadler From South Carolina, Don is a business executive with AT&T. Deacons Chair: Jennifer Clarkson Born in Jamaica, Jen is a professional caterer. House & Grounds: Cory Gittner A past-president of the church, Cory owns Mediatech, a marketing and graphic design company.  He is also past-president of the Miami Rotary Club. Scholarship Chair: David Freitas David is from Rhode Island, and is a national director of recruiters for the Johnson  & Wales University system. Membership Chair: Dr. Gaspar Gonzalez From New Jersey, Gaspar is a journalist, film maker and producer.  His documentary, “Muhammad Ali: Made in Miami,” was shown on PBS. Memorials Chair: Ann Carr Ann is retired after a long career in the insurance industry. Christian Education Chair: Barbara Arteaga Barbara is a public school elementary teacher, and formerly taught at our own Community Church School. Ushers Chair: Mark Sell Mark is in the marketing and public relations business with Wragg & Casas. Endowment Chair: John Pattavina A past church president, John is a retired sales representative for AT&T, now teaches at our elementary school.  Nominating Committee Chair: Brian Foss From Massachusetts, Brian owns Emerge Consulting, a company focusing on not for profit organizations. Music Chair: Carol Caselle With a MA in music, Carol both teaches and sings professionally.
